If you are ‘cool’ for a long time, do you get a gold star of ‘cool’ ?

Is it ‘cool’ to talk about ‘cool’ ?

Have you ever been to a really packed and crowded club, where there is quite a large event on?

The sort of place that makes you feel like a bean in a can?

It’s funny when you go to packed out clubs, and it’s full of loud, sweaty and topless, muscly guys. They are gurning their faces off while they are also trying to dance, but instead just end up hitting people – not ‘cool’.

Do you remember when Busy P did that track ‘To Protect and Entertain’ ? A sort of swansong for the Ed Banger Crew, enlisting the help of a popular American rap artist (MURS) to show to the world just how ‘cool’ they really are?

Turns out Hervé, and the Cheap Thrills club did the same thing with A-Trak and Cadence Weapon. The track was first put out on Hervé’s mixmag compilation ‘Party Bombs’ and seems to have become hidden in music history. With no official release planned and only a mixed rip remaining, is this ‘cool’ ?
